It feels like there nothing else to do than sneaking around nice dresses and stare at them the whole day. Yes, of course I do have something else to do too but it is nice to look at these “Motel Dresses” and think about nice summer days. I’m in love with each one of them and especially the dotted ones!
Swedish people are famous for there gorgeous sense of style! No wonder with nice online shops like “Modekungen“. I love to surf there and get inspired by all the nice stuff. I’m still in love with laces as you can see. Pale colour in all variations, just nice.
Last thursday we went to the Secret Wars Euro League between Hamburg and Cardiff at Waagenbau in Hamburg. Two teams, two walls and a bunch of markers. 2 jury-members with one vote each and one vote by the audience. Most votes win. Even though it was really hot outside, a lot of people came to see the battle and we had a really fun evening. I think the video speaks for itself.

As we were searching for the Armgartstrasse location for the exhibition last week, we ended up in the wrong one at first. A nice one though. We will use it for the next shooting.
I’m in love with stuff from denmark. When it comes to fashion it’s colourful, a mix of clean, northern classic and innovative cuts, but still extremly wearable like “Best Behavoir“.
Marie Ørberg and Malene Brøchner founded “Best Behavoir” in 2004 and since then been working on nice modern and innovative silhouettes. Have a look at the Lookbook AW 2010. When I see this nice shot preview of the SS2010 stuff, I’m really hoping to make it to the Copenhagen Fashion Week.
Every year in summer Cleptomanicx, a skate brand from Hamburg is inviting to the Labskaus Citytour. At different locations all over the city of Hamburg small streetcontests are held. I was at the first Cleptomanicx Labskaus Citytour and it must be 9 or 10 years ago. Now I’m getting older and it is nice to see how many really young people are joining the event. Have a look at more pictures on the Cleptomanicx Blog.
We saw some beautiful and well produced dresses around the concept “Organisms” at the “AMD Hamburg Fashion Show“. BUT the organisation was terrible. No music, no light, ………….. waiting,………… Ok, next time, just do it better. Your students deserve it. We really liked the stuff that we saw!
Here come some moving pictures of the Labskaus-Pre-Party last saturday. If there wouldn’t have been so much beer involved, we would have had a more steady cam I guess. Next time.

This is one of the reasons we like living in Hamburg so much. A great outdoor party on a boat on a warm summer evening with a bunch of soulmates and listening and dancing to good music. Mad Max and Bruder Gal, boah it’s been a while since I saw you both on stage! Hands up! We all liked it!
This weekend is totally in a Hamburg blogger offline mode and we met all these nice people like Anna, Philipp, Katha & Marcel and Ksenia & Mario at a blogger meeting organized by Fashionline. After seeing the whole Harburg we saw all the other bloggers in Hamburg for the first time . See the list here. It was great to see everyone in real life. Time was running because we were supposed to be on a party-boat as well.
At the “A+ Fashionshow” all the fashion design students of HAW Hamburg showed their stuff around different themes in a really nice location in Hamburg. We liked some of the stuff and it was nice to see that New Face Nina was in the show. We spent some good time with Katha, Anna and gueststar Philipp. It’s allways fun to spend some time with you …..
Every year the “HAW Hamburg” shows what the students have produced in a final exibition. We saw some really talented people and I was impressed by all the creative work. If you are in Hamburg, make sure that you don’t miss it. Today the fashion design students show their stuff as well. The show details are on the website.
Ok ok, it was Nas and Damian Marley but Nas was my first love… Our love was a bit, let’s say colder the last couple of years since he missed showing up at the Splash Festival a few years ago. So I thought our love is over until he came up with his new album with Damian Marley that Philipp is always listening to. So we joined the nice concert yesterday! NAS I LOVE YOU!
You might think we complain about the heat. But no, we actually love these temperatures. You just have to arrange your moves according to them which isn’t very easy if you just moved and have to organize and carry a lot of stuff. Thank *** we got a fridge with lots of Alsterwasser in it!

Ok I have to post this. When it comes to media, “Forever21” is my hero. They are sooo smart in what they are doing. Have a look at this video. It’s at the Time Square in NYC where they launched a new store. Great! I love you for just doing it!
While we are searching for new stuff for our appartment in Hamburg, we also have a hugh wishlist at “Goodhood” from London. Of course Philipp would pick some t-shirts and I, I’m in love with some “WoodWood” and “Karen Walker” stuff. But the appartment comes first. We sold everything before we moved to Stockholm.
Again, this little topknot. It’s crazy! Whenever “Ramona West” does an update in her shop I’m wondering how they always make the topknot look exactly the same way. And by the way, I love the stuff that she is selling as well.
I finally managed to get my good old friend Dako in front of the camera. With Out For Fame, he still keeps doing his stuff organizing the concerts with people you’ve always wanted to see as a mid-nineties rap-head.

We had a great and productive day with the really talented and beautiful “Nina Carlsson“, New Face at “anc.model management“. We wish you all the best and we are sure to see more of you in the next time!
(Shorts- Acne, Shirt – Urban Outfitters)
Yes, it’s no secret: I love shoes and of course I do love “Jeffrey Campbell“. It’s so sad that there a not so many places in Europe where you can buy those lovley shoes!
Now we have been in Hamburg a few days and yesterday we went to our first concert in quite a while, Dead Prez at Waagenbau. The place was crowded and the crowd crazy as hell. It felt a bit like standing in a finish sauna with sweat dripping from the roof. It’s bigger than…

I met Fabriona in the subway on my way home from a shooting. It took a while, but we made it just before we left Stockholm. We all really had no time but we wanted to do something so we did a really quick one. Anyway, I like the result of it!
PS: Yes, we can also blog something else than photos but that’s just the way it is right now.
Yes, it’s true. With one smiling and one crying eye we have to annouce that we are moving back to Hamburg today! We had a really good time here in Stockholm. It was such a pleasure to work for such a global player like H&M and a honor to visit an amazing school like Berghs. Dear friends, colleagues and partners, we’d like to thank all of you for making this a great time here. It was great to meet you guys and we hope to see some of your faces again! It was not an easy decision but our feet still remember how cold it was during winter. We also wanna be there for our friends in hours were we are needed. We are taking some gorgeous memories with us! Thank you for this Stockholm. We will see you soon!
So, we are busy those days. The weather is so nice you just need to get out and take some photos. May be you recognize this face. It’s one of the checkered brothers, my colleague and friend Olle.
Part II of Isabelle’s shooting. We hope you like the pictures we do. Remember, we are looking for people who want to join us in front of the camera. Don’t be shy!
Yesterday we had the pleasure to take some really nice photos with Isabelle. I stopped her on my way home a few days ago and asked her spontaneous if she wants to join us. She is from Tirol, is half swedish and has been living in Stockholm since 1 1/2 year ago. She was so brave while jumping in the water without saying how cold it is. HUT AB!
…of the day. I was at the “Minimarket and Mini for Many Sale” but found nothing for me. What a pitty. They have some great pieces. It takes place until tomorrow at Hökensgata 8, Stockholm.
Oh I love these picture from “Bea Szenfeld” the polish designer that lives in Sweden. Her collection “Sur la Plage” is inspired by the sealife, fishes and Seegurken. I wanna be soo at the seaside right now.
This time a bit earlier than the last one. We are inviting to the next Blogger Meeting in Hamburg on 02.07.10. The place to be will be the Kombüse“. Please repost and retweet it and may be you post a comment or drop us an email if you are coming. See you! UPDATE More than 15 bloggers will come so far! So come a long, you are also welcome!
I always thought: Ok, pink is sooo not my color! But when I was at “Beyond Retro” I found this outfit. I like the different kinds of pink. My pink “Underground Creepers” and my yellow socks fit perfect with it. I think from now on, that’s my favorite summer outfit. See my last favorite summer outfit on “Les Mads“. They asked for it a while ago and found some really nice summer-outfits.
Not really, but my sister dropped in to pick up some clothes so we took the opportunity to take some photos of her. The dogs had to stay put and chill in the kitchen. Remember our “models wanted” post from a few weeks ago? A few did get in touch with us, but of course we are always interested in getting to know more of y’all.

So one wishlist for the boys and one for the girls today. “Nasty Gal” is one of my favorite online-shops, because they always have something I like and they absoluty know how to present it! I would wear each outfit like it is!
Good job! I love it.
